Locations & Sessions

I offer therapy both online and face-to-face, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you. Both formats are effective—what matters is that you feel able to engage fully and safely in the work.

I work especially well with people who’ve tried therapy before and found it unstructured or not quite the right fit, and I tailor the work to how your mind thinks — whether you need practical, evidence-based tools or a calmer space to process deeper emotions.

Face-to-Face Therapy

Finsbury Park (N4)
: My main practice is a quiet, private space a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines) and close to Crouch Hill Overground.

Walthamstow (E17): I also offer sessions in Walthamstow, a short walk from Walthamstow Central (Victoria line & Overground).

Online Therapy (London & UK-wide)

Online therapy is well-established and just as effective as in-person sessions for most people. I’ve completed specialist training in delivering relational, trauma-informed online psychotherapy, and use the same warmth, clarity, and evidence-based approach as in the room.

Many of my clients choose online therapy for its flexibility and the ease of accessing support from home. If you have worries about feeling disconnected, we can talk about what helps you feel grounded and comfortable.

Note: I use Zoom for strong confidentiality and security.
